Introduction

We encourage our employees, contractors, and stakeholders to speak up if they have any concerns about illegal, unethical, or unsafe practices that may harm the organization, its employees, or its customers. This policy outlines our procedures for reporting such concerns.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders of Furtainment and its subsidiaries. It covers any concerns related to the business operations, financial reporting, ethical conduct, or any other matter that may impact the organization or its stakeholders.

Reporting Channels

Snackferret Studio provides several channels for reporting concerns or complaints. Employees, contractors, and stakeholders can report concerns or complaints through any of the following channels:

  • Supervisor or manager
  • Human Resources department
  • Legal department

Reports can be made anonymously or confidentially. However, we encourage individuals to identify themselves to enable us to investigate and follow up on their concerns appropriately.

Investigation and Follow-Up

All concerns and complaints will be investigated promptly and impartially. The investigation will be carried out by a designated individual or team, depending on the nature and complexity of the concern. The investigation will include collecting and reviewing relevant documents and interviewing relevant individuals.

Once the investigation is complete, Furtainment will take appropriate actions to address the concern or complaint, which may include disciplinary action, remedial measures, or changes to policies or procedures.

Non-Retaliation

SnackFerret Studio prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern or complaint in good faith. Retaliation includes any adverse action, such as termination, demotion, or harassment, taken against an individual for making a report or participating in an investigation.

Protection of Confidentiality

SnackFerret Studio will protect the confidentiality of individuals who report concerns or complaints to the extent allowed by law. However, in some cases, the investigation may require disclosing the identity of the individual to enable us to conduct a thorough investigation.

Policy Review

SnackFerret Studio will review this policy periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. We will also provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees, contractors, and stakeholders are aware of their obligations and rights under this policy.
